About the Role
As our next Regional Sales Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth across your region. You’ll lead from the front, developing strategic customer relationships, identifying exciting new business opportunities, and coaching a talented team of Regional Sales Consultants to success. Responsibilities
* Driving Business Growth
* Identifying and securing new business opportunities across your region
* Developing strategic sales plans to grow revenue and profitability
* Building strong pipelines through networking, market insight, and relationship management
* Winning competitor accounts and expanding existing customer partnerships
* Building Meaningful Relationships
* Developing trusted partners with key decision‑makers within healthcare environments
* Becoming a go‑to expert and strategic partner for your customers
* Working collaboratively with internal teams including Customer Service and Operations to deliver exceptional customer experiences
* Leading & Inspiring a Team
* Leading, motivating, and developing a team of Regional Sales Consultants
* Creating a high‑performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and success
* Supporting your team through coaching, mentoring, and ongoing development
* Delivering Commercial Success
* Negotiating and securing profitable long‑term agreements
* Monitoring sales performance, market activity, and customer trends
* Using data and insight to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
* Delivering reports and updates to senior leadership on regional performance and growth opportunities
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with energy, resilience, and a genuine passion for sales leadership.
Required Skills
* Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management
* Experience leading and motivating geographically dispersed teams
* A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
* Excellent commercial awareness and negotiation skills
* The confidence to influence and communicate with stakeholders at all levels
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
* Experience managing large or strategic customer accounts
* A proactive, self‑motivated approach with a real hunger to succeed
* Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
* Good IT skills including Microsoft Office
Preferred Skills
* Experience within healthcare, medical devices, or technical/service‑based sales
* Experience selling solutions with a strong after‑sales or service component
* Knowledge of continuous improvement programmes or strategic account management
