We're looking for someone who has a passion for developing a career in Finance and our ideal candidate will have the following: Job Role of our Finance Apprentice: Support the finance team with day to day accounting and administrative duties Complete balance sheet reconciliations Assist with weekly and monthly management accounts for the factory Complete Bank Reconciliations Period End Overhead review Produce and maintain KPI reports and other trackers Help investigate variances and identify trends within factory performance Analyse large volumes of data using Excel and reporting systems Support ad hoc financial analysis and projects as required Work closely with operational teams across the factory Skills of our Finance Apprentice High level of attention to detail, motivation and enthusiasm towards daily tasks A positive attitude and team focused approach Good written, verbal and numeracy skills Level 4 in GCSE Maths Good communication and organisational skills Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage priorities What we offer: 31 Days holiday per year including bank holidays.
