We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to join our agency team, supporting a well-established nursery in the Pontyclun area. Key Responsibilities
4. Supporting children’s play, learning, and daily routines to create a stimulating and engaging environment
5. Helping maintain a safe, welcoming, and organised setting that promotes learning and development
6. Assisting staff with supervision, meal and snack times, and hygiene routines
7. Setting up and tidying away activities and resources throughout the day
8. Engaging positively with children to encourage confidence, independence, and curiosity
Required Skills & Experience
9. A genuine interest in supporting children’s development and a passion for early years education
10. Ability to work well within a team and follow guidance, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
11. A positive attitude with a willingness to get stuck in and support the team where needed
