Jeremy McGinn & Co have an exciting opportunity available to join our fantastic team as a full-time Sales Negotiator, working out of our Alcester office.
The successful candidate will have a passion for property; being responsible for leading property viewings, conducting sales negotiations, securing property sales by liaising between buyers and sellers, managing a portfolio of clients, offering advice and insight into local and national market trends, maintain accurate client records and keeping up-to-date with the latest listings.
Whilst prior experience within a Sales Negotiator role is certainly preferable, someone with extensive sales experience would be considered.
The benefits would include a competitive salary package with bonus/commission structure, as well as 28 days holiday and company pension scheme.
This role will be 5 days per week from Monday-Saturday, with a day off during the week when working a Saturday. A full, clean Driving License will be required for this role.
