Summary – basic function of the role
We’re seeking a Global Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based at our Cramlington site. This role is key to delivering our global growth strategy through the creation and execution of inclusive, impactful marketing campaigns tailored to diverse international audiences. You’ll work across multiple channels to strengthen brand visibility, increase customer engagement, and support business growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Develop, manage, and deliver global marketing campaigns that align with business goals and resonate across regions.
* Partner with the Global Marketing Communications Director to adapt and localise campaign strategies.
* Lead, support, and develop a small content creation team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
* Manage relationships with external partners (e.g. PR, video, graphic design, SEO/SEM), ensuring work aligns with brand and campaign goals.
* Oversee marketing communications for group brands, products, and channel partners, maintaining brand consistency.
* Deliver demand generation and regional marketing plans across paid, owned, and earned media.
* Create and approve content across websites, press releases, email, literature, and social media.
* Coordinate and support organic social media planning and performance reporting.
* Report on campaign effectiveness with clear insights and recommendations.
* Maintain brand integrity by ensuring alignment to guidelines and messaging.
* Support digital and e-commerce upskilling within the wider team.
* Uphold company policies on Health, Safety, Quality, and Environment (HSQE).
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across marketing operations.
Education and Experience
* A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
* Proven experience in marketing campaign management, ideally within global or matrixed environments
* Solid understanding of digital marketing with hands-on experience across multiple channels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with marketing platforms
* Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences
* Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Skilled in managing priorities and delivering work to deadlines in a fast-paced setting
* Analytical and detail-focused, using data to guide decision-making
* Customer-focused approach with a drive for continuous improvement
