About the Role As our Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping more mortgage adviser firms join the Stonebridge network. Your focus? What You’ll Be Doing Demand generation planning — Support the creation and delivery of a full‑funnel demand generation plan, defining priorities, channels, and campaign schedules. Content coordination — Plan and brief content for campaigns and buyer journeys, working with internal teams and external partners. Campaign performance — Run and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to drive traffic and engagement (with agency support for paid and SEO). Website conversion — Improve enquiry journeys and landing pages to increase form completions and lead quality. Sales enablement — Create materials that keep Stonebridge front‑of‑mind throughout the decision‑making process. Tools & processes — Support lead follow‑up, nurture, and efficiency through better tracking, templates, and light automation. Reporting & insight — Track KPIs, maintain clear reporting, and provide insight on what to stop, start, or optimise.
