The role
Portfolio Scheduler The Portfolio Scheduler will play a critical role within the newly established PMO team, supporting a diverse portfolio of complex programmes. The role will focus on the planning, coordination, and control of project schedules, with a strong emphasis on engineering and capital project delivery. This position requires an individual with a solid engineering background and a passion for rigorous planning and schedule management. The Portfolio Scheduler will be responsible for ensuring that facility upgrades, equipment installations, validation activities, technology transfers, and continuous process improvement initiatives are delivered on time and in compliance with GMP requirements and industry standards. Acting as a central coordination point across multiple functions—including engineering, operations, development, quality, validation, supply chain, and regulatory affairs—the successful candidate will ensure that project schedules are integrated, risks are identified and managed, and resource constraints are understood and addressed to support the achievement of key strategic milestones. We are seeking a professional with proven experience in project scheduling for engineering, manufacturing, and capital investment projects. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a proactive approach to identifying schedule risks, driving improvements, and ensuring successful project delivery across a complex portfolio environment.
