We are looking for a Team Lead to complete the team. The services run from two locations in modern NHS buildings with excellent clinic facilities close to other NHS teams.

The service is led by the Head of Clinical Services, a member of the Board, who ensures that Ross Care services are clinically led and operate to the highest standards of practice and safety.

We would be delighted to discuss the role, flexibilities offered and your experience.

* Provide clinical leadership to the wheelchair service team.
* Develop staff and the service itself.
* Build contact with other services, engage with Ross Care managers and operational teams.
* Deliver a small but complex caseload combined with management duties.
* Hold regular meetings with the Regional Therapist and the Head of Clinical Services.
