About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to focus on temporary recruitment within the Industrial and Transport sectors, including logistics, warehousing, driving, and skilled industrial roles.
Responsibilities
* Generating new business through business development, networking, and marketing activities
* Identifying and capitalising on new market opportunities
* Developing and growing relationships with new and existing clients, including key decision makers
* Building long-term client and candidate relationships by managing expectations and delivering results
* Sourcing and headhunting candidates using innovative techniques and established networks
* Conducting detailed qualification of both client requirements and candidate suitability
* Managing and delivering on live vacancies using all appropriate recruitment tools
* Controlling and overseeing the full recruitment process from start to finish
* Providing a consultative service to both clients and candidates based on market and sector knowledge
Qualifications
* Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (industrial or transport experience is desirable)

* Proven track record in generating new business and identifying opportunities
* Ability to work under pressure and exceed performance expectations
* Strong motivation and desire to build and shape your own desk
* Excellent candidate attraction and generation skills
* Accountability and ownership of results and responsibilities

Pay range and compensation package
Pay: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
