Primary Responsibilities Include:
This is a seasonal role which runs from March to November. This includes a 4-week training period prior to welcoming guests in April.
Monitoring team members effectiveness and implementing corrective action whererequired.
Leading by example, providing a level of service and standards in line with the companys Standard Operating Procedures and customer expectations.
Providing team members with correct equipment to enable them to undertake their role successfully.
Closelymonitoringcleanliness and standards in cabins and public areas.Housekeepers tidy and clean cabins 4 times a day.
Ordering linen andchemicalsaccording to budget, ensuring stock is kept up to date.
Requirements
What You Bring:
Previousexperience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury hospitality industry.Hospitality qualification an advantage.
Relevant management or field/industry related diploma or degree.
Leadership skills andability to manageand motivatea team.
Experience in fixing tears, repairingseamsand performing alterations of garments.
COSHH knowledge and awareness.
