We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to provide short-term support within their organisation. The successful candidate will work closely with the existing Marketing Manager, oversee a small team and ensure the effective delivery of high-quality marketing campaigns and performance outcomes.
This role is ideal for someone who can quickly step in, lead a team and drive strong marketing performance in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
* Support and oversee a team of marketing staff (Marketing Administrator and Marketing Coordinators).
* Ensure tasks and campaigns are delivered to high standards and on schedule.
* Promote strong collaboration across internal teams.
Campaign Management
* Assist in the delivery of multi-channel campaigns aligned with operational targets.
* Monitor and analyse campaign performance, customer insights and lead quality.
* Collect and analyse feedback to support continuous improvement.
Data & Reporting
* Build and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs such as CPA, ROI and conversion rates.
* Provide clear insights and performance reports to support decision-making.
Budget & KPI Support
* Assist in monitoring marketing spend and progress against KPIs.
* Support efficient allocation of resources.
Skills & Knowledge
* Strong understanding of marketing principles and multi-channel campaign delivery.
* Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard tools (Excel, Power BI or similar).
* Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
* Confident copywriter across various formats and audiences.
* Ability to motivate and supervise team members effectively.
* Familiarity with CRM systems, CMS platforms and social media management tools.
* Knowledge of SEO, PPC and digital advertising strategies.
* Ability to manage budgets and track costs.
* Creative thinker with a continuous improvement mindset.
Qualifications & Experience
* Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience delivering marketing campaigns and lead generation.
* Previous experience managing a small team and coordinating cross-functional work.
* Strong background in data reporting and KPI analysis.
* Experience with digital marketing tools, CRM systems and social media platforms.
* Experience in energy efficiency or sustainability sectors is beneficial (not essential).
Technical Skills
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Power BI.
