Location: Enfield
Hours: Monday – Friday. 8am-5pm. Fully office based.
Salary: £40,000-£50,000 – depending on experience

Business Systems Analyst- Key Responsibilities
6. Administer and support Kerridge ERP (access, config, troubleshooting).
7. Play a key role in the Kerridge upgrade.
8. Work with departments to improve workflows and efficiency.
9. Liaise with Kerridge support and vendors.
10. Support Power BI dashboards and reports with external developers.
11. Gather reporting requirements and deliver insights.
12. Maintain data accuracy and integrity.
13. Provide first-line IT support (hardware, software, network – onsite).
14. Manage IT assets (procurement, setup, maintenance).
15. Handle onboarding/offboarding (accounts, access).
16. Support peripheral systems (MCS, Prism, Maxoptra).
17. Assist with IT project planning and implementation.
18. Document processes, procedures, and configurations.
19. Work with SLT/Group IT on IT architecture.
20. Explore and implement AI opportunities.
Business Systems Analyst - Skills and Experience
21. Experience in technical support resolution
22. Proven experience with Kerridge ERP systems
23. Strong proficiency in Power BI
24. Solid understanding of IT support principles, including Windows OS, Office 365, and basic networking.
25. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
26. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
27. Experience with SQL or other data query languages.
28. Familiarity with ITIL or other service management frameworks
