Job Description:
We are looking for skilled and motivated electricians to join our team. If you have at least 5 years of relevant experience and can work independently with minimal supervision, wed love to hear from you. The role is based at our Hinckley facility, with travel to customer sites required during the installation phase of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform on-site electrical work at customer locations in the automotive, aerospace, and logistics sectors.
Install control panels, main power systems, 24V DC and communication cabling, cable management systems, motors, sensors, and remote I/O modules.
Terminate field wiring within control panels.
Occasionally work weekends and stay overnight away from home when necessary.
Wire electrical control panels and equipment within our workshops.
Integrate PLC, CNC, or PC-based controllers, along with AC servo drives and inverter motor controllers into control panel wiring.
Assemble control panels following CAD schematics prepared by electrical designers.
Collaborate closely with the local electrical design team.

Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years experience in a comparable electrician role.
Solid understanding of electrical systems and their components.
Knowledge of electrical safety standards and best practices.
Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven commitment to health and safety principles.
Willingness to work at customer sites and stay overnight when required.
Flexibility to work weekends and overtime as needed.
Ability to interpret electrical schematics and drawings proficiently.
