As we expand our presence in Shrewsbury, we're looking for a Marketing Graduate to join our team, starting with structured training delivered from our Birmingham office.
The Graduate Role
Shrewsbury | Full-Time | On-Site | Immediate Start | Initial Training in Birmingham
This role is designed for graduates who want to develop confidence, creativity, and commercial awareness through live marketing campaigns, not just digital dashboards.
You'll work directly with customers, represent established brands, and learn how sales and marketing strategies are delivered on the ground. This is a people-facing role with full training provided and clear progression opportunities.
What You'll Be Doing
As part of the graduate marketing team, you'll gain experience in:
• Delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns for national brands
• Communicating brand messages clearly and professionally
• Supporting live promotions, events, and campaign activations
• Engaging customers and building positive brand experiences
• Gathering insights and feedback to help improve future campaigns
• Working closely with a team to achieve campaign targets

Who We're Looking For
• Are a recent graduate (any degree discipline considered)
• Enjoy communicating with people and building rapport
• Are organised, proactive, and comfortable in fast-paced settings
• Bring energy, curiosity, and a strong work ethic
• Are open to initial training in Birmingham before working in Shrewsbury
Previous marketing or sales experience is not required — attitude and willingness to learn matter most.
