Benefits Salary £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience Additional £500 per week for being "on call" (5 weeks per year), adding up to an extra £2,000 annually. Hours 9:00 - 5:30pm Support needed on 5 weekends with days off in lieu during the week Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment Healthcare and employee benefits Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for managers providing clear and supportive communication Prepare and upload accurate documentation Offer calm, first-response support during incidents or cancellations Activate contingency plans and communicate effectively across teams Make confident, balanced decisions to protect customer experiences and minimise commercial impact Coordinate logistics Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure consistent and reliable delivery Qualifications Be a natural relationship builder, comfortable communicating across various channels Stay calm and solution-focused under pressure, taking ownership of challenges as they arise Be detail-oriented, organised, and capable of juggling multiple tasks Be comfortable using digital tools and maintaining clean, accurate data We do our best to make our adverts as specific as possible so that you do not waste your time applying for roles which are not a match.
