In this role, you'll be working with a multi-disciplinary team that will support you and help you succeed.
Hours: Monday - Friday 07:45 - 18:30; Saturday - Sunday 08:30 - 18:00. There is an expectation to work 1 weekend in 4.
Salary: This full-time position offers an annual salary up to £52,507, depending on experience.

As a Senior Primary Care Nurse, your responsibilities will include:
* Being an integral part of the multi-disciplinary healthcare team by bringing top-notch clinical skills and passion for care.
* Undertaking a variety of tasks including screening, assessments, examinations, tests, answering emergency bells, and potentially attending emergencies.
* Developing and applying new skills to maintain and enhance clinical service delivery.
* Sharing knowledge, skills, and expertise to ensure safe care, building strong multi-disciplinary teams, and supporting each other.

Requirements
* NMC Registered Nurse (Adult)
* Evidence of Continuing Professional Development
* Understanding of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working complexities
* Ability to work within a busy environment
* Ability to work unsupervised following policies and procedures
Experience in hospital, community, or prison environments is desirable but not essential.

Job responsibilities
As a Senior Nurse, you will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver a nurse-led service and prevent hospital admissions. Your duties include medication rounds, dispensing controlled medication, attending emergencies, assessing patients, and reception screening.
