Work Setup: Hybrid - 3 days in the office (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) 5 days in office for first two months

What you'll do:
1. Serve as the senior point of contact in Wholesale Lending, managing a portfolio of complex structured, leveraged and high-grade loans for Investment and Commercial Banking.
2. Supports multiple lines of business including CIB EMEA GCB, Global Trade, EDG, SPG and CB CCBSI oversee execution and closing of complex transactions new loans, refinancings, amendments, cross-border deals, acquisition financing, and repricings.
3. Manage operational oversight on syndicated-loan closings: ensure all documentation, regulatory (KYC, FinCEN) and pre-closing conditions are met.
