We are looking to secure a Clinical Deputy Manager to effectively lead and manage our home safely through effective leadership and management. To plan, monitor and deliver the highest standards of person-centred care to residents, ensuring that everyone is treated with respect and dignity, and that individual’s rights to privacy, dignity, independence, and choices are met. To supervise and evaluate the care delivered to residents always ensuring that legal and Orchard Care Home standards are met.
Up to £50k per annum (DOE)
Our Ideal Candidate:
* Active registration/PIN with the NMC.
* Previous experience of working in a similar environment.
* Strong Team Player
* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* A thorough understanding of the Health & Social Care Act 2008 and Health & Safety legislation.
* NVQ3 in Direct Care Willing to work towards Level 5 Leadership and Management for Adult Care Qualification.
