Position: SEN Teacher (Secondary)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teacher with expertise in Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) to join our team and make a significant impact on secondary-aged students.
What We're Looking For:
Experience in teaching secondary-aged students with SEMH, including those with behavioural challenges and emotional difficulties.
A patient, compassionate, and flexible approach to teaching, ensuring each student's individual needs are met.
A strong understanding of behaviour management strategies and the ability to create a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
