The role is split broadly 60% leadership and 40% paraplanning, allowing you to lead by example. As Paraplanner Team Leader, you will manage workloads and pipelines, support and mentor Trainee and Junior Paraplanners, and maintain strong quality and suitability standards across the team. Alongside this, you will continue to carry out paraplanning duties, including reviewing fact finds, challenging advisers where appropriate, undertaking detailed research and producing draft suitability reports.
