The Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinator supports the delivery of recruitment and onboarding activities for our self-employed drivers. This role focuses on coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding administration, handling candidate queries, and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
Interview Coordination & Support
* Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
* Conduct structured interviews in line with guidance and set criteria
* Accurately record interview outcomes and feedback
* Escalate any concerns or queries where appropriate
Onboarding Administration
1. Collect and organise candidate compliance documentation
2. Check documents for completeness and accuracy
