Salary: £24,570 p/a (pro rata) | £12.60/hour + £63.70 per Sleep-In

Your Role: Making Independence Possible
As a Support Care Worker, you will be instrumental in the daily lives of the people we support:
* Daily Living: Provide practical support with household tasks, including cooking, cleaning, shopping, and budgeting.
* Personal Care: Assist respectfully with personal care routines and manual handling where needed.
* Community Life: Join in on fun trips, social activities, and community events in the beautiful Carmarthenshire area.
* Health & Wellbeing: Help promote positive routines and support medication/health needs.
