What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting the management team in running daily operations smoothly
* Leading and motivating a team to deliver top-notch customer service
* Assisting with sales strategies and boosting business performance
* Ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and safety
* Creating a positive, energetic work environment where everyone thrives
* Building strong connections with customers and ensuring they have a great experience
* Handling administrative tasks and managing shift schedules
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar fast-paced environment
* A natural leader who can inspire and guide a team
* A passion for hospitality and delivering excellent service
* Strong communication skills, organisation, and a proactive attitude
* A hands-on problem solver who stays calm under pressure
* Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
