Architectural Technologist required join an award-winning Architecture and Building Consultancy practice in Huddersfield that operates across the UK and Nationally.
You will be joining an established multi-disciplinary consultancy who specialise in projects across the public sector – mainly maintenance and repairs to public buildings to include Education, Healthcare and Residential both new build and refurbishments.
Their experienced Architecture team work on projects across all RIBA stages which offers a great variety of work in a fully supportive environment making this an ideal opportunity for Architectural Technologists in the early-intermediate stages of their career.
Architectural Technologist Requirements.
1. Degree qualified with at least 2-5 years post qualification experience within Architectural Practice.
2. Good level of Revit knowledge and solid AutoCAD skills.
3. Be up to speed with the latest building regulations.
4. Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
5. Show genuine passion and interest in the Architecture industry.
6. Keen to become Chartered, sponsorship and support is available for those keen to become MCIAT.
7. Self-motivated and driven to be successful.
Benefits for the Architectural Technologist
You will be rewarded with a competitive salary depending in the region of £30,000 to £37,500 per annum.
23 days holiday plus bank holidays, Private Healthcare, Pension and professional subscriptions paid, discretionary bonus scheme and excellent support to become Chartered.
Our client also offer hybrid working which is typically 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home, this is once through probation.
