Role Summary: SRG is partnering with an innovative pharmaceutical organisation to recruit an Information Scientist who will play a key role in advancing AI-enabled content analytics. In this position, you will apply NLP, machine learning, and information science methodologies to extract insights from biomedical literature, enhance R&D decision-making, and optimise scientific workflows. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement AI-driven workflows for literature mining, summarisation, and trend analysis.Maintain and develop external information endpoints aligned with FAIR data principles.Apply machine learning and LLMs to improve information retrieval and automate content classification.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and act as a subject matter expert for content analytics initiatives.Ensure compliance with copyright, licensing requirements, and data governance standards.Deliver training and develop best-practice guidance for AI/NLP tools and content analytics. Skills & Experience Required: Experience or strong interest in NLP, LLMs, and AI frameworks.Proficiency with Python and tools used for text analytics and data visualisation.Knowledge of ontologies, semantic technologies, metadata, or knowledge graph management.Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.Adaptability and enthusiasm for emerging digital and data-driven technologies.
