Hours: Full-time (37.5 hours per week, across a varied schedule not always typical 9-5, we are the events industry)
Working Arrangement: Remote (occasional in person touch points)
Salary: £25,000-30,000 (pro-rata’d)

The role
We’re seeking a Founder’s Associate, to work directly with our leadership team. This is a high-exposure, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to gain a 360° view of scaling a startup.You will be a key player in our most critical initiatives, working across strategy, operations, finance, and product.
Responsibilities will be varied but include:
* Strategic Initiatives: Help us to scale and grow Aposto by leading mission-critical projects, helping drive key decisions and prioritise business initiatives. This could be anything, from market entry strategy and competitive analysis to new business line launches.
* Operational Excellence: We want to scale efficiently and this starts with implementing effective processes and identifying inefficiencies across the business, we’re looking for someone to continuously question how we do things and to suggest improvements to do them better. This will involve looking at our data and pulling together proposals, dashboards and reports to streamline our operations.
* Financial & Fundraising Support: Fundraising and raising investment is on our roadmap, you will assist the founders with this by preparing materials for fundraising rounds (e.g., pitch decks, data rooms), supporting with financial forecasts and by developing investor relations.
* Business Development: Stay up to date with our customer market and trends, researching new potential partnerships, customer segments, and market opportunities, putting together a strategy and plan to execute on this.
* Product & GTM Strategy: Work with the product and go-to-market teams to inform our product roadmap and launch new features. You will be responsible for our data, collating customer feedback and market trends into actionable insights.
* Special Projects: Tackle a variety of ad-hoc projects as they arise, often with tight deadlines and high stakes. You'll be the "go-to" person for the founders when they need to get something done, this could be anything from supporting high-profile events to managing pilots or partner activations.
This role is perfect for a generalist who is a quick learner, highly adaptable, and eager to take on a wide range of challenges.This is not a traditional entry-level position, it is a launch pad for a future leader, designed for someone who wants to learn the inner workings of building a company from the ground up. We’re open to people from all academic and industry backgrounds, if you want to be a part of our journey and think you’d fit the role we’d urge you to apply, ideally you’ll have:
* 1–3 years’ experience in a fast paced consulting, startups, operations or business strategy role
* Experience within an early stage start up
* Confidence using a host of tools such as google suite, CRM and automation systems.
