Commercial Analyst
Location: Lichfield (Hybrid)
Hours: 37.5 per week
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a commercially focused Analyst to join our team. This is a pivotal role that supports the financial sustainability and growth of our services across the UK.
Working closely with Senior Commercial Relationship Managers and operational teams, you’ll provide key insights into revenue performance, helping to ensure our services are appropriately funded and continue to deliver high-quality outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Producing and maintaining costing models to support funding negotiations
Analysing revenue performance and identifying opportunities for improvement
Supporting negotiations with commissioning authorities to secure sustainable funding
Investigating and resolving fee and billing anomalies
Producing regular reports and insights for senior stakeholders
Collaborating with operational teams to provide commercial guidance
Ensuring accurate application of fee uplifts and system updates
Supporting annual fee review and negotiation processesAbout You
We’re looking for someone who is analytical, commercially aware, and confident working with a range of stakeholders.
You’ll also bring:
Strong Excel skills and experience in financial analysis
A logical and detail-oriented approach to problem solving
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
A proactive, adaptable approachDesirable
AAT qualification or at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
