Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives within the designated area.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
Attend industry trade shows and events to promote products and stay updated on market trends.
Utilise CRM systems to track sales activities and manage customer interactions effectivelySkills and Experience Required
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the building or construction industry.
Strong understanding of building or flooring products and their applications.
Demonstrated success in account management and business development.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the designated area.Additional Information
Out-of-hours work may be required, including overnight stays.
Attendance at trade shows and industry events in the UK may be necessary.
