Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – SEN Secondary Schools Location: Portsmouth Pay: £13.75 – £14.20 per hour (from 1st April) Flexible days | Term time only | School hours Start date: ASAP We are currently seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to work in SEN secondary schools across Portsmouth. This is a rewarding opportunity to support young people with additional learning needs while benefiting from flexible working during school hours and term time. The Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and SEN staff to support students with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning and develop confidence within the classroom.
