Role Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead on employee relations (ER) casework, providing expert guidance and advice to senior stakeholders
* Support managers with a broad range of people matters, including change processes and ER cases
* Work strategically on organisational priorities, using data and analytics to inform decisions and improve outcomes
* Promote a positive, inclusive and high-performing culture across the institution
Key Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience managing complex and sensitive ER casework
* Strong skills in strategic HR business partnering with senior leaders
* Ability to build credibility and influence decision-making at all levels
* Confidence in navigating ambiguity and providing clear, pragmatic advice
* A data-informed mindset – comfortable using HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and inform decisions
