A warm and welcoming primary school in Salford is working with Teaching Personnel to appoint a dedicated, compassionate, and proactive Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from May.
About the Role
As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in supporting teaching and learning across the classroom. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering focused 1:1 and small group support
* Assisting with planning, delivering, and reinforcing lessons
* Helping to maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
* Supporting children with a range of needs, including SEND and EAL
* Promoting positive behaviour and contributing to effective classroom routines
* Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting
* A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for helping children learn
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
* Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach
* A Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent) is highly advantageous

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
