About the Role
1. £117,245 as a package (includes salary / Car Allowance and 20% Bonus) + Benefits

What You’ll Be Doing
3. Lead and develop a team of Key Account Directors, Managers, and Executives.
4. Drive profitability and revenue growth across your portfolio.
5. Create and implement customer-specific action plans that exceed expectations.
6. Identify opportunities to embed circular solutions and sustainability principles.
7. Proactively manage contract lifecycles to reduce churn and extend partnerships.
8. Deliver high-level reporting and insights to the General Manager monthly.
9. Collaborate across departments to enhance customer experience and value.
Key Responsibilities
10. Strategic account analysis and opportunity identification.
11. Customer education and stakeholder engagement.
12. Escalation management and continuous improvement planning.
13. Portfolio analysis to ensure profitability and growth.
14. Financial oversight including debt, rebates, and invoice queries.
15. Smooth mobilisation of new business and accurate data reporting.
16. Championing sustainability and social value across all accounts.

19. Confident presenter with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
