What You'll Be Doing
Delivering features end-to-end across backend and frontend
Designing and building APIs, integrations, background jobs, and data models
Working across PHP/Laravel and a .NET backend
Owning the full lifecycle: discovery → implementation → release → monitoring → iteration
Collaborating closely with product and design teams
Writing secure, scalable, and maintainable production code
Contributing to architectural decisions and technical direction
Mentoring engineers through pairing, PR feedback, and best practices
What We're Looking For
Strong senior-level full-stack engineering experience
Strong production experience with PHP and Laravel
Comfortable working with a .NET backend
Solid web fundamentals (HTTP, REST, authentication, performance, security)
Experience with APIs, queues, integrations, and data modelling
Able to work independently with high accountability and ownership
Clear communicator with product, design, and stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience with React or Vue
Experience working across multiple backend technologies
Passion for engineering quality and pragmatic decision-making
Dutch Language
