Key Responsibilities
* Maintain P&L to assist in driving profitability and awareness of profitability criteria and target. Manage GM by account to continue growth via strategic price activation whilst ensuring profitability is retained. Monitor and evaluate brand presence in all channels of the account. Ensure promotions/initiatives are being executed to plans (both on and offline). Insight and understanding of competitor activity and performance. Conduct competitor pricing/new product/promotional audits. Develop a strong internal network with key stakeholders to ensure plans are delivered on time and in full.
Skills & Experience
* You have experience in FMCG sales, beauty, or account management Boots/Superdrug/Top 4 Grocer plus.
* You possess strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
* You’re a proactive self‑starter with a keen attention to detail.
* You thrive in a fast‑paced environment and enjoy working across teams.
* You’re passionate about the beauty wellbeing industry.
* You forecast accurately and have a strong attention to detail, as well as finely tuned human sensitivity – you are great at reading people and situation.
