The Role
As an HLTA, you will:
* Deliver planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher.
* Lead small group interventions to boost progress in English and Maths.
* Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND.
* Work collaboratively with teachers to plan and adapt learning activities.
* Contribute to assessment, tracking, and pupil progress monitoring.

What We’re Looking For
* HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience.
* Previous experience working within a primary school setting.
* Confidence leading whole-class learning when required.
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
