At Meat Giant, we’re transforming the Halal meat industry through premium quality, ethical sourcing, and full traceability. From Michelin‑starred restaurants to caterers and retailers, our 10,000 sq ft state‑of‑the‑art facility supports a growing national footprint in wholesale, e‑commerce, and foodservice.

We are seeking a proactive Sales Manager with proven field experience in the meat or foodservice industry. The ideal candidate will lead our direct sales efforts with restaurants, caterers, meal prep companies, hotels, and other food‑based businesses. You will be instrumental in growing our client base, maintaining strong relationships, and ensuring high service standards.


Key Responsibilities

* Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across restaurants, caterers, hotels, cloud kitchens, and food service clients.
* Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using field visits, cold calls, and referrals.
* Convert leads into long‑term business partnerships with consistent order volumes.


Relationship Management

* Act as the primary point of contact for assigned B2B clients.
* Ensure customer satisfaction through timely delivery coordination and service excellence.
* Regularly follow up with clients to gather feedback and identify upsell or cross‑sell opportunities.


Field & Territory Management

* Plan and execute daily field visits within assigned zones to prospect and manage client accounts.
* Maintain territory sales records and report weekly activities to senior management.
* Represent Meat Giant’s values and premium quality promise during every customer interaction.
* Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and promotional strategies.
* Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
* Provide feedback to operations and marketing teams for continuous improvement.


Requirements

* 3–4 years of B2B field sales experience in meat, poultry, catering supplies, or food distribution.
* Strong existing network in the HORECA sector is highly desirable.
* Valid UK driving license and own vehicle (mileage allowance provided).
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* A self‑starter with high motivation and accountability.
* Understanding of Halal standards and customer service expectations in the food sector is a plus.
