My client is seeking a Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) / Strategy Associate (Executive) to join their growing team. In this role, you'll support project delivery and business development, conducting research and analysis, engaging with senior stakeholders, and developing insights across a wide range of client engagements. You'll gain hands-on experience in some of the most exciting commercial and financial projects, guided by industry experts.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver insightful analysis on strategy and CDD projects, leading specific workstreams such as interviews, market modelling, and financial analysis.
Support business development initiatives, proposals, and client pitches.
Help manage engagement risk and ensure compliance with firm standards.
Collaborate with M&A and cross-functional teams to win and deliver client work.
Contribute to team growth through thought leadership and practice development.
Proven prior experience in Commercial Due Diligence (CDD), with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Solid Excel proficiency and the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
