Key Responsibilities of the School Catering Supervisor Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will take a leading role in the day-to-day running of the catering service: Food Production & Menu Planning: Support the planning and execution of daily menus and food production schedules. Safety and Hygiene: Oversee meal service and maintain accurate hygiene and safety records. Stock Management: Manage stock levels, ordering, deliveries, and monitor cost control.
