The company was established in 2007 and has grown over the years to become a full design solution and bespoke equipment manufacturer. Their customers are based both in the UK and overseas, and they provide services to the Material processing, Automotive, Pharmaceutical, logistics, aerospace, and Defence industries.
As the Mechanical Fitter, you will be involved in the mechanical assembly of a broad range of equipment for multiple industrial sectors. You will need to comply with operational, safety, and maintenance procedures while also being able to understand engineering diagrams, blueprints, and drawings.
What we would like from the Mechanical Fitter:
* Mechanical/Electromechanical Apprenticeship or relevant experience
* Previous experience building special-purpose machinery and automated equipment
* Knowledge of Pneumatic Systems
* Experience with precision fitting and assembly
* Ability to read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions
* To comply with all health and safety procedures
What we offer the Mechanical Fitter:
* Base salary between £30k to £40k doe
* 40 hours a week (07.30 to 16.00)
* 22 days annual leave bank holidays
