Responsibilities
* Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide social, psychological and practical support to young people with mental health needs.
* Assist the qualified nurse in delivering individual care and treatment to patients and their families in various settings, including community environments.
* Demonstrate a caring, patient, and collaborative approach; support young people and their families in times of distress; participate in team-based care with qualified nursing staff to ensure safe and effective care.
Qualifications and Experience
* Essential: Level 3 qualification in a healthcare-related subject or equivalent experience.
* Essential: Ability to complete certified physical intervention training (e.g., PMVA).
* Desirable: Welsh language speaking/listening skills at Level 3 or above (not required, but advantageous).
* Experience of working within a relevant health or social care environment.
