DE&I Partner
As we continue to strengthen our market position and invest in our people, culture, and transformation, it’s an exciting time to join the People Team. We’re now looking for a DE&I Partner on a 12‑month interim secondment to work closely with our People Experience Director and help drive our inclusion agenda forward.
This role will partner with stakeholders across the business to help embed inclusive practices, support priority initiatives, and ensure DE&I considerations are integrated into people and organisational activity.
Key responsibilities will include:
1. Support the delivery of DE&I initiatives aligned to the People and business priorities
2. Partner with central teams and stakeholders to embed inclusive thinking and practices
3. Contribute to the development of communications, guidance and engagement activity related to DE&I
4. Use insight and feedback to support continuous improvement of inclusion activity
5. Act as a subject‑matter partner within the People team on DE&I‑related topics
The ideal candidate will have:
6. Strong interest and experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
7. Ability to build effective relationships and influence stakeholders
8. Thoughtful, inclusive and values‑led approach
9. Experience working within a People or partnering role is desirable
