My Client is urgently recruiting for an ambitious, financially minded Quantity Surveyor / Cost Consultant with a strong eye for quality to join our team.
The Client specialise in supporting clients with complex property requirements, including those arising from disability, life‑altering injury and medical negligence. Working nationally across residential projects, they deliver bespoke property solutions that genuinely improve people's quality of life.
Projects range from rental adaptations through to new‑build homes, with values typically between £30,000 and £2 million. Every project is tailored to the individual needs of the client and their wider professional team.

The Role
This is a full‑time position (40 hours per week), based at their office in Leicestershire.
The chosen candidate will work across a variety of residential projects nationwide, providing cost management and quantity surveying support from inception through to completion.
Requirements
* Minimum 3 years' experience in residential Quantity Surveying.
* Strong financial and commercial awareness.
* Excellent attention to detail and quality.
* Full UK Driving Licence required.
