About the role
As an Internal Technical Sales Executive, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Handle incoming web/phone sales enquiries
2. Provide quotations and supporting information as required
3. Develop good product knowledge to answer customer questions
4. Schedule follow-ups of customer contact, quotes etc.
5. Achieve targets set for quotes/contact/sales won/upselling
6. Identifying, Developing relationships with potential clients
7. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients,
8. Sharing relevant industry/sector information with the rest of the team
9. Referring leads and opportunities to the dealer network and monitoring outcomes
10. Creating and maintaining customer and quotation records in the CRM database
11. Utilizing Some channels to create sales opportunities
12. CRM order Processing / Sales order management
13. Assist in the organisation of Exhibitions
About you
As a Internal Technical Sales Executive you must be/have:
14. Must have experience of technical sales
15. Consultative selling skills
16. Organised with good time management and planning skills
17. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
18. Strong IT proficiency
19. Preference for candidates with a technical background
20. Previous experience/knowledge or a strong interest in plant / machinery is essential
About the rewards
For the role of Internal Technical Sales Executive there is a salary on offer of £25,000 to £35,000 per annum, depending upon experience and benefits include:
