A fast-growing Build Partner is looking for a Desk Based Coordinator to join their team.
You will be responsible for coordinating the allocation and management of incidents reported from the field by engineers. You need to be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Reporting daily to the desk manager
* Allocating and managing incidents for field engineers
* Maintaining customer awareness of incidents
* Managing multiple workloads efficiently
Requirements include:
* Strong IT skills
* Customer-facing experience
* Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously
* Prior experience in admin, office, or call centre roles is advantageous
* Previous customer service experience
* Full UK driving license
