As Sous Chef you'll be right in the action in our kitchen, second in command to our Head Chef – stepping up and covering for them when they're not on shift.
Qualifications
* Previous branded experience in a similar role or experience as a Commis Chef.
Responsibilities
* Assist our Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
* Accountable for running the line during service.
* Oversee, organise, and encourage the kitchen team – helping to develop their skills.
* Be passionate about maintaining the highest standards of food and service.
