What You’ll Do
Lead & Develop: Inspire, coach, and develop your team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement. Champion personal growth and team success through hands-on leadership and active mentoring
Drive Performance: Set clear KPIs and targets, motivating your team to exceed expectations. Use your commercial acumen to optimise sales processes and deliver consistent revenue growth
Solution-Focused Support: Engage with customers using a consultative, solutions-driven approach. Understand their challenges and deliver tailored, compliant solutions that add real value
Build Relationships: Be a strong rapport builder, forging long-term partnerships with clients and stakeholders. Use your exceptional communication and networking skills to expand the customer base and strengthen existing relationships
Strategic Influence: Contribute to business development strategy, shape future growth, and act as an ambassador for the brand at industry events and networking opportunities
Technical & Commercial Expertise: Navigate complex technical requirements and compliance standards, ensuring all solutions meet industry and environmental regulations
About You
Proven experience in technical sales, ideally within waste, aggregates, construction, or environmental services
Demonstrated success in leading, coaching, and developing sales teams to achieve and exceed KPIs
Solution-focused mindset with a track record of delivering value in regulated environments
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Proactive, resilient, and adaptable ready to challenge the status quo and drive positive change
Strong analytical, organisational, and territory management skills
