Regional Service Manager - Automotive Industry
Questech Automotive has an exciting opportunity for a Regional Service Manager to join their client on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role within a market-leading business in the Automotive Industry.
The role involves visiting clients in the South East of the UK and is suitable for someone based in South London, Kent, or Essex.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Leadership
* Team Management and Development
* Customer Management
* Strategic Planning and Execution
* Health, Safety, and Compliance
* Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
Duties include:
* Overseeing the Service Centre - budgets, KPIs, profit
* Managing staff training, performance, appraisals, recruitment
* Reporting on P&L, waste, breakdowns, maintenance
* Conducting Account Management Meetings and reviews
Candidate Requirements:
* Proven experience in the Automotive Industry
* Experience overseeing a Workshop or Service Centre
* Ability to report on and ensure Centre profitability
* Ability to account manage and grow existing clients
* Based in South of England, preferably in or around South London
* Knowledge of HGV or Commercial vehicles
