£33,762 per annum, Free gym access

Key Responsibilities Manage the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
Prepare delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
Identify opportunities to improve food service standards
Create a positive and supportive kitchen environment
Support the team in delivering high-quality food concepts
Represent Eurest and maintain a positive brand image
Assist with food ordering, stock control, and food waste management
Oversee kitchen cleaning to maintain high hygiene standards
Support budget management and achieve financial targets
Ensure compliance with Food Handling, Hygiene, and Health & Safety regulations
