Our client in Twycross manufactures and assembles high-quality overhead lines and is looking for a reliable and detail-focused Quality Control Engineer to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. This role is ideal for someone with an engineering background who enjoys a varied, practical position involving inspection, testing, and customer liaison. Job Responsibilities Goods Inwards inspection and booking materials onto the system Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs). Using digital verniers and other measuring equipment Conducting mechanical tensile testing on machines ranging from 200kN to 1,000kN. Goods Outwards inspection and booking materials out Liaising with clients to arrange and manage Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs). Completing documentation using Microsoft Word and Excel.
