In this role, youll be working closely with studentsboth one-on-oneand in small groupssupporting them with: Boosting theirGCSE English and Mathsskills Navigatingexams and assessments Building up theiracademic, technical, and research skills Masteringstudy techniquesto help them succeed Youll be part of a supportive team that works with students from all walks of life, including those with learning needs or disabilities. Your job? Help them feel confident, capable, and ready to tackle their courses head-on. What Were Looking For: Youve got at least aLevel 3 qualificationandGCSE Grade 4 (or equivalent) in English and Maths Youre confident helping students improve their GCSE English and Maths skills Youre great at motivating and engaging learners across a range of vocational subjects Youre a team player who can also work independently and take initiative Youve got top-notch communication skills and can connect with students, parents, and carers alike Youre organised, resourceful, and always put learners first Youll also help track student progress, create tailored support plans, and work closely with curriculum teams to make sure every student gets the help they need.
